Key Responsibilities

The clinician will conduct in-home health evaluations lasting about 45 minutes, which includes reviewing medical history, performing a physical evaluation, and conducting diagnostic tests as ordered. They will engage with individuals to answer health questions and bridge gaps in care while using an iPad for clinical workflow.

Requirements

Candidates must possess an active, unrestricted license in the coverage areas and be board certified. Preferred qualifications include holding multi-state licenses, and the role requires flexibility to travel locally and within licensed states, as well as conducting virtual visits when needed.
