Responsibilities

Provide occupational therapy evaluations and treatments via telehealth platforms and in-person sessions

Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to improve patients' functional independence and quality of life

• Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting care plans as needed to meet therapeutic goals
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure comprehensive, patient-centered treatment
• Educate patients and caregivers on therapeutic techniques, adaptive strategies, and home exercise programs
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with regulatory and company standards
• Conduct virtual and in-person assessments for a diverse patient population across various diagnoses

Requirements

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Active Missouri OT licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure
• NBCOT certification (OTR) required
• Experience with telehealth platforms and virtual care delivery preferred
• Strong clinical assessment and treatment planning skills across a variety of conditions
• Excellent communication skills and ability to engage patients effectively in a virtual environment
• Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working in a hybrid care model
