Requirements

Candidates must hold a graduate degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program and possess active Connecticut APRN, DEA, and CT CSP licenses. Board certification as an Adult-Gerontology or Family Nurse Practitioner is required to meet hospital medical staff bylaws.
