Key Responsibilities
The Physical Therapist assesses patient functional ability and develops medically prescribed treatment plans to be carried out in homes or facilities. They also supervise physical therapy assistants and coordinate care with the interdisciplinary team to ensure effective patient progress.
Requirements
Candidates must hold a Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program and possess a valid therapy license in Missouri. Two years of experience is preferred, along with the ability to perform physical activities like lifting and standing.
