Key Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans while providing supervision and mentorship to RBTs and BTs. Conduct assessments, monitor client progress through data analysis, and collaborate with families and interdisciplinary professionals.
Requirements
Requires a Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field and current BCBA certification. Candidates must have experience providing ABA services to children with developmental disabilities and proficiency in conducting clinical assessments.
