Location: DFW region (focus in Grapevine, Southlake, HEB, Irving, Flower Mound, etc.) Practice Type: On-site/Hybrid (Full time and Part time) About the Opportunity Alpaca Health partners with experienced BCBAs to build and grow their own independent ABA practices.
This position offers hybrid flexibility. Work with Alpaca Health in Fort Worth, Texas, United States.
The BCBA will provide individualized ABA services, conduct assessments, and develop evidence-based treatment plans for clients. They are also responsible for clinical oversight of their team and maintaining accurate documentation while managing their own independent practice.
Candidates must hold a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification in good standing and an active Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) license where required. Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills are essential, along with experience in providing ABA services to clients and families.
