Schedule & Work-Life Balance

  • Remote work: Work from home up to three days per month, based on performance and center needs, plus up to 16 additional assessment-related days per year.
  • 29 days off in your first year: Your time off includes holidays, paid time off (PTO), continuing education unit (CEU) days, and flex days. Guilt-free rest is encouraged!
  • Manageable caseloads: Support up to eight children, so you're set up to succeed without burning out.
  • No non-compete agreements: If you leave ABC, you're free to take your next role wherever you choose.
