Key Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive social work services including psychosocial assessments, counseling, and crisis intervention to cancer patients and their families. Facilitate discharge planning, financial counseling, and linkage to community resources to ensure safe transitions between care environments.
Requirements
Requires a Master of Social Work degree from an accredited graduate school. Must hold a valid State of Ohio Social Work licensure (LSW or LISW).
