Key Responsibilities
The therapist is responsible for conducting intake assessments, formulating mental health and substance use diagnoses, and developing individualized treatment plans for clients. They will also facilitate individual and group counseling sessions while coordinating care within a multidisciplinary team.
Requirements
Candidates must hold an unrestricted license to practice in Oregon (LPC, LMFT, LCSW, or PsyD) and possess a CADC certification. A Master's degree in counseling, social work, or a related field is required, along with experience in outpatient mental health and substance use treatment.
