The Hospice Physician will certify hospice eligibility, conduct face-to-face patient visits, and provide 24/7/365 on-call coverage. They will also collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure regulatory compliance and high-quality patient care.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a doctorate degree in allopathic or osteopathic medicine and possess a current, unrestricted medical license. Board certification in a relevant specialty and valid NPI/DEA registrations are required.
