Key Responsibilities
Provide counseling and therapeutic services to individuals and families aged 5 and older in an outpatient behavioral health setting. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and maintain patient documentation within electronic health record systems.
Requirements
Must possess a clear and active New York LMSW license and experience with electronic health record systems. Requires strong communication skills and the ability to work with diverse patient populations in a team-oriented environment.
