Your audiology career doesn't have to stay in one place. Take your clinical expertise beyond the traditional practice setting and travel internationally to conduct specialized hearing evaluations for Veterans and service members around the world.

At International SOS Government Medical Services, you'll support healthcare programs that improve patient care and operational readiness across the U.S. and internationally. Founded in 1984, International SOS operates in more than 90 countries, delivering healthcare, medical assistance, emergency response, and workforce support services worldwide.

Job Description

As an Audiologist supporting international disability examinations, you'll evaluate hearing-related conditions potentially connected to military service through audiological testing, clinical assessments, and diagnostic reporting. Your focus will be on examination findings and documentation rather than ongoing patient treatment.

Key Responsibilities

Evaluate and diagnose audiological diseases and injuries, referring individuals for additional specialized evaluation when appropriate.

Maintain accurate medical records, securely submit examination findings daily, and close assigned cases within 48 hours.

  • Coordinate with clinical leadership to maintain examination quality and reporting accuracy.
  • Training specific to the VA disability examination process will be arranged.

Qualifications

Doctorate degree in Audiology (AuD).

License to practice audiology in the United States, a U.S. territory, or Canada.

  • Experience providing audiological services to adult patients.
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
  • Proficiency with electronic medical records and clinical documentation systems.
  • Ability to work independently, maintain accurate clinical documentation, and communicate effectively.

Valid U.S. passport or passport from your country of record.

Ability to travel internationally for assigned examinations.
