Key Responsibilities
The Senior Managing Medical Director provides clinical and operational leadership for utilization management programs while overseeing the performance and development of the Medical Director team. This role serves as a senior physician leader responsible for complex clinical reviews, enterprise-level clinical influence, and strategic collaboration with executive leadership.
Requirements
Candidates must hold a current, unrestricted MD or DO license and be board certified in their primary specialty. The role requires a minimum of eight years of clinical practice experience, including at least three years of formal leadership and three to five years of physician clinical review experience.
