Key Responsibilities

The Physical Therapist will evaluate patients, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide evidence-based therapy interventions to improve patient function. They are also responsible for documenting care, educating families, and supervising physical therapist assistants.

Requirements

Candidates must be graduates of an accredited physical therapy program and hold an active state license. Basic Life Support (BLS) or CPR certification is required within 30 days of hire.
