Medical Director/ Attending Physician

Key Responsibilities

The Medical Director will provide clinical leadership, mentorship, and oversight to medical staff while ensuring high-quality patient care and regulatory compliance. They will also lead quality improvement initiatives and participate in the credentialing and survey preparedness processes.

Requirements

Candidates must have extensive experience in long-term care or skilled nursing facility settings and possess strong leadership and communication skills. A Certified Medical Director (CMD) certification is preferred, along with in-depth knowledge of healthcare regulatory requirements.
