Key Responsibilities
Provide individualized rehabilitative services to senior patients under medical orders and develop tailored treatment programs based on clinical findings. Participate in clinical conferences to coordinate care plans and ensure high-quality therapeutic outcomes.
Requirements
Candidates must hold a degree in physical therapy and possess a current physical therapy license in the state of practice. Excellent interpersonal, clinical, and computer skills are required for this role.
