- About the Opportunity / A Day in the Life
This is a strong opportunity for an FNP or PA who enjoys relationship-based primary care and wants an adult-only outpatient practice with a predictable Monday–Friday schedule.
Your day will include a mix of routine primary care, wellness visits, follow-ups, acute concerns, and chronic disease management. You’ll evaluate patients, order and interpret appropriate testing, manage medications, develop treatment plans, and educate patients on their health and ongoing care.
Because this is an adult-only practice, you can focus your clinical work on adult and chronic disease management without a pediatric patient population. You’ll also have physicians, APPs, and experienced clinical staff around you for collaboration and support.
New graduates are welcome to apply. For a newer provider, this is an opportunity to build confidence and develop a strong primary care foundation within an established team. Experienced FNPs and PAs can bring their existing skills to a stable practice while continuing to build patient relationships and continuity of care.
- Why This Role Stands Out
- Adult-only patient population with no pediatric primary care
- New graduate FNPs and PAs are welcome and encouraged to apply
- Monday–Friday outpatient schedule with limited to no call

- New graduates and experienced providers are both encouraged to apply
- Job Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care to adult patients
- Perform new patient evaluations, follow-up visits, and preventive wellness visits
- Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions
- Develop individualized treatment and ongoing care plans
- Order, review, and interpret laboratory and diagnostic testing
- Prescribe and manage medications within scope of practice
- Provide preventive care, health education, and lifestyle counseling
- Monitor chronic conditions and adjust treatment plans as appropriate
- Coordinate referrals and continuity of care with specialists and other healthcare providers
- Collaborate with physicians, APPs, and clinical support staff
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
Required Qualifications

Preferred Background
- 2–3 years of Primary Care, Family Medicine, or Internal Medicine experience preferred, but not required
- Previous outpatient experience is a plus
- Experience managing common adult chronic conditions is beneficial
- New graduate FNPs and PAs with a strong interest in adult primary care are encouraged to apply
- This Role Is Likely a Fit If You…
- Want to focus your practice on adult patients rather than a mixed pediatric/adult population
- Enjoy building long-term relationships and continuity with patients
- Prefer a Monday–Friday outpatient schedule
- Like the variety of preventive care, acute visits, and chronic disease management
- Value having experienced clinicians and support staff around you
- Want a stable primary care environment where you can continue developing clinically
- This Role May Not Be a Fit If You…
- Want to provide pediatric care as a significant part of your practice
- Prefer inpatient, emergency, or hospital-based medicine
- Are looking for a remote or hybrid clinical position
- Prefer a highly procedural specialty environment
- Do not enjoy longitudinal care or chronic disease management
