Work Schedule

Key Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans for adult and geriatric residents. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to manage psychiatric conditions and provide ongoing medication monitoring and behavioral interventions.
Requirements
Requires a board-certified PMHNP-BC or Physician Assistant with an active, unrestricted New York professional license and DEA registration. Significant psychiatric experience is required, with preference given to those with a background in geriatric, skilled nursing, or long-term care settings.
