Key Responsibilities

You will provide medically prescribed physical therapy treatments to patients in their homes to help them overcome pain and regain independence. You will also collaborate with supervisors to refine treatment strategies and ensure the delivery of high-quality, evidence-based care.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy and a current State of Michigan license. Additionally, you must have a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and the physical ability to lift and position patients.
