Care Management Clinician Team Lead - Behavioral Health (Monday - Friday)

Key Responsibilities

This role is accountable for the effective management of Clinical Care Managers, including responsibilities for hiring, training, coaching, counseling, and evaluating team performance. The Clinician Team Lead will also take a leadership role in program development, implementation, and ongoing operation while monitoring workflow and improving processes and outcomes.

Requirements

Candidates must possess a minimum of five years of clinical experience, including case management, and ideally three years of health plan experience in areas like utilization management or behavioral health. A current unrestricted state license as an RN, LCSW, LPC, or LMFT is required, with CCM certification strongly desired at hire and mandatory within two years.
