The CCO BH Director leads the development and implementation of multi-year behavioral health transformation, improvement, and integration strategies for Medicaid enrollees, working closely with CCO Directors to align and execute regional strategies. This role involves building and executing plans with various internal and external teams to ensure comprehensive access to behavioral health services in accordance with regulatory requirements.
Candidates must possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in a behavioral health setting, including at least 3 years in leadership, along with an advanced clinical degree in behavioral health and relevant licensure is preferred. Required knowledge includes medical/behavioral procedures, diagnoses, treatment modalities, procedure codes, and thorough understanding of community services within Oregon and the Pacific Northwest.
