Key Responsibilities
The Physical Therapist will perform home health visits to conduct diagnostic tests, develop individualized care plans, and implement therapeutic interventions. They will also educate clients and families on rehabilitative care while documenting all services using a tablet.
Requirements
Candidates must hold a current North Carolina Physical Therapist license and have at least one year of recent work experience. A degree from an accredited physical therapy program is required, along with strong organizational and computer skills.
