Radiation Therapist

Key Responsibilities

The Radiation Therapist provides safe, timely, and accurate simulation, planning, and delivery of prescribed radiation therapy treatments. They are also expected to educate patients on potential treatment toxicities and coordinate care with other health professionals.

Requirements

Candidates must be graduates of an accredited Radiation Therapy Training Program and hold current registration with CMRITO and CAMRT, along with current CPR certification. A minimum of 2 years of clinical Radiation Therapy experience is preferred, alongside good computer, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
