Key Responsibilities

The Physical Therapist will evaluate, organize, and conduct medically prescribed physical therapy for pediatric patients within their homes. They are responsible for coordinating care with office staff, training caregivers, and maintaining accurate clinical records.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy and possess a valid state driver's license and CPR certification. Previous pediatric clinical experience and home health experience are required.
