About OrthoVirginia

OrthoVirginia is the premier orthopedic practice in the state of Virginia. We have specialists in physiatry, general orthopedics, joint replacement, spine surgery, sports medicine, hand and foot & ankle surgery, rheumatology, sports medicine-trained primary care physicians, and physical and occupational therapy. We also have MRI, injection suites, after-hours clinics, surgery centers, and expanded therapy services. Position Overview: The successful candidate will work alongside specialists in general orthopedics, joint replacement, sports medicine, and orthopedic trauma. Our practice offers a direct pathway to becoming a shareholding physician and the potential for participation in ancillary revenues such as imaging and physical therapy. This is a private practice/partnership track opportunity. As such, candidates should be prepared to participate in general orthopedic call.

Qualifications

Key Responsibilities

Perform advanced spine surgeries and manage a variety of musculoskeletal injuries and conditions in a 100% outpatient setting. Collaborate with other orthopedic specialists and participate in general orthopedic call as part of a private practice partnership track.

Requirements

Candidates must be fellowship-trained, board-certified or board-eligible orthopedic spine surgeons with an MD or DO degree. Active or eligibility for Virginia state licensure is required.
