Physical Therapist Assistant (FR)

Key Responsibilities

The Physical Therapist Assistant provides patient care under the supervision of a Physical Therapist, including performing treatments and maintaining appropriate documentation. They also participate in quality improvement activities and assist with the education of patients, peers, and students.

Requirements

Candidates must hold an Associate Degree or higher and possess formal training in physical therapy. A valid registration or certification from the North Carolina Board of Physical Therapy is required.
