Key Responsibilities
The Radiation Therapist is responsible for accurately delivering prescribed radiation therapy treatments and ensuring proper patient positioning and equipment operation. They also perform daily quality assurance checks and monitor patients for adverse reactions throughout the treatment process.
Requirements
Candidates must hold an ARRT-T certification and a valid state radiologic technologist license. A minimum of 1-2 years of clinical experience is preferred, along with BCLS certification.
