The Occupational Therapist will evaluate, organize, and conduct medically prescribed therapy for pediatric patients within a home health setting. They are responsible for coordinating care with staff, training caregivers, and maintaining accurate patient records.
A Master's degree in Occupational Therapy and current state licensure are required for this position. Candidates should also possess a valid driver's license, CPR certification, and ideally have experience in pediatric or home health settings.
