Key Responsibilities

The Occupational Therapist is responsible for screening, evaluating, and re-evaluating patients to develop and revise individualized plans of care. They will work within an interdisciplinary team to provide therapy services that help older adults achieve their highest level of independence.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a Bachelor's, Master’s, or Doctorate degree in occupational therapy from an accredited program. An active state license and adherence to national board certification requirements are mandatory.
