Job Summary
We are seeking a licensed or licensed eligible Mental Health Therapist to join our team! In this role, you will diagnose and treat psychological disorders, teach communication skills, assist patients in addressing dysfunctional behaviors, and guide them through crises. If you are an experienced therapist passionate about providing high-quality care and mental health solutions, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities
- Perform intake assessments
- Provide mental health therapy for individuals, couples, families, and children
- Create individualized treatment plans for each client
- Use evidence-based treatment methods to facilitate group and individual treatments
- Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of patient information and treatment plan
- Perform regular wellness checks
- Adhere to all facility and licensing standards
Qualifications
- MASTER's degree in counseling, social work, marriage and family therapy or psychology
- Completion of a Clinical Practicum during training (required)
- Completion and Passing of Graduate Level Clinical Theory Coursework (required)
- Current and unrestricted clinical license (preferred)
- Previous experience as a mental health therapist
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized
