Key Responsibilities

The Occupational Therapist is responsible for delivering high-quality therapy services in patient homes under a physician-approved plan of care. They must ensure the safety and effectiveness of the treatment process while maintaining accurate and timely clinical documentation.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a current license to practice occupational therapy and be a graduate of an ACOTE-accredited program. Additionally, they must be eligible for or have completed NBCOT certification and possess at least one year of related clinical experience.
