Full time (80 hours biweekly)
Days and evenings
Includes clinical hours plus licensure supervision.
Sign On Bonus Eligible and paid in 3 weeks of start date: $7,500 sign on bonus
and has a 3-year commitment OR $5,000 sign on bonus and has a 2-year commitment
OR $2,500 sign on bonus and has a 1-year commitment

General Summary
The Family Based Therapist / Behavioral Health Professional provides
1. Therapy/Co-therapy: individual, family and other therapeutic interventions
to children/adolescents and their families in the home, community and school
2. Case management and Community Linkage
3. Crisis Management
The Behavioral Health Professional does this in conjunction with other treatment
team members, which may include persons both inside and outside the agency
involved in the treatment of the child or adolescent.

WellSpan Philhaven
Situated on more than 200 acres, WellSpan Philhaven’s main campus in Mt. Gretna,
PA, is a tranquil place with walking trails nestled within a picturesque forest
and adjacent to an operating farm. The campus provides an atmosphere of peace
and serenity for our clients. Our most comprehensive continuum of care, which
includes more than 20 programs and services is located at this main campus.
At WellSpan Philhaven, we help address mental health conditions such as
depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, attention deficit disorder, phobias,
post-traumatic stress disorder and more.
Key Responsibilities
Provide individual, family, and therapeutic interventions to children and adolescents within their homes, schools, and communities. Perform case management, community linkage, and crisis management in collaboration with a multidisciplinary treatment team.
Requirements
Requires a Master's degree in psychology, marriage and family counseling, or a related human services field. Preferred experience includes two years of clinical work with children and adolescents in a behavioral health setting and a valid driver's license.
