Family Based Therapist - Lancaster County - Days / Evenings

Full time (80 hours biweekly)

Days and evenings 

Includes clinical hours plus licensure supervision.

Sign On Bonus Eligible and paid in 3 weeks of start date: $7,500 sign on bonus

1. Two years of clinical experience working with children and adolescents in a
behavioral health setting preferred.
2. Are you available to work a flexible schedule including up to four evenings
a week?
3. You must travel in your own vehicle to sites within the county area. Do you
have access to your own vehicle?

5. Are you available to be on-call on a rotating basis?

General Summary

The Family Based Therapist / Behavioral Health Professional provides

1. Therapy/Co-therapy: individual, family and other therapeutic interventions
to children/adolescents and their families in the home, community and school
2. Case management and Community Linkage
3. Crisis Management

The Behavioral Health Professional does this in conjunction with other treatment
team members, which may include persons both inside and outside the agency
involved in the treatment of the child or adolescent.
