Job Description
This is a Physical Therapist job at an Outpatient Clinic providing mobile home visits in the Maricopa County, AZ area. Caseloads are available in the following zip codes: 85303, 85035, 85031, and 85323. We'll learn your requirements so that any job offer extended will meet your needs. Here Are the Logistics of the Position
1. Salary range starting at $80 per visit based on experience.
2. Outpatient Clinic - Mobile Home Visits.
3. Monday-Friday. No weekends or major holidays.
4. PRN (up to 20 hours per week).
5. Position includes a comprehensive benefits package.
6. This is a staff-level position focused on direct patient care.
7. The PT must have completed at least 2,000 hours of experience working with patients.
