Provide one-on-one speech language pathology services to older adults in their homes or senior living communities. Develop individualized care plans, deliver evidence-based treatments, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to improve patient mobility and independence.
Must hold a valid Speech Language Pathology license or be eligible to obtain one. Requires a degree from an accredited program, current CPR certification, and the Certificate of Clinical Competence (ASHA CCC).
