The Speech Pathologist evaluates and provides therapeutic management for patients with speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders. They also collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, educate patients and caregivers, and participate in continuous quality improvement projects.
Candidates must hold a current license to practice as a Speech Pathologist in the State of Utah and obtain an RQI Healthcare Provider eCredential within 30 days of hire. Preferred qualifications include experience in dysphagia, stroke, head trauma, and voice pathology.
