• License Required: Yes – Active or Pending License as a Physical Therapist
• Education Required: Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program

• Base Compensation Range: $76,000.00 - $95,000.00 annually

Additional Compensation

• Bi-weekly clinician bonus plan
• Sign on Bonus eligible
