Job Description

About This Role

The Artist Injector is NakedMD’s frontline clinician — the person patients trust with their face. You’re in the treatment room delivering world-class results, building real relationships, and representing everything NakedMD stands for. This is a full-time clinical role: you’re evaluating, injecting, consulting, charting, and showing up as the gold standard of patient care every single day. Great injectors here don’t just follow protocols — they own outcomes.

  • What You’ll Own
  • Patient Evaluation & Consultation
  • Conduct thorough patient evaluations prior to every treatment — reviewing medical history, understanding desired results, identifying contraindications, and building a clear, personalized treatment plan.
  • Perform comprehensive consultations that address each patient’s aesthetic concerns, goals, and overall well-being — with warmth, clarity, and clinical precision.
  • Explain treatment options, anticipated aesthetic results, risks, and benefits in language patients can understand and act on.
  • Confidently and competently complete comprehensive treatment plans from consultation through follow-up.
  • Assist patients in scheduling appointments and coordinating multi-step treatments across their plan.
  • Perform the full range of NakedMD aesthetic services including neurotoxins, hyaluronic acid dermal fillers, biostimulators, micro-needling, and medical-grade chemical peels.
  • Prepare injectables and treatment trays for each appointment with accuracy and adherence to sterile protocol.
  • Stay current on the latest aesthetic treatments, products, techniques, and industry trends — bringing up-to-date knowledge into every patient interaction.
  • Acknowledge and remedy clinical mistakes openly and seek continuous advancement of your skills and industry understanding — growth is a non-negotiable part of this role.
  • Prioritize patient safety above all else: inspect the injection room before every shift and take immediate action to maintain excellent hygiene and a sterile environment.
  • Decontaminate equipment, sanitize surfaces, and prepare the injection room to NakedMD’s standards before, between, and after treatments.
  • Follow all NakedMD protocols for contraindication screening, sterile technique, and post-treatment care — with no exceptions.
  • Flag any adverse reactions, complications, or protocol deviations to the Clinical Manager immediately.
  • Maintain accurate and complete medical documentation for every patient — including detailed charting, before-and-after photos, and treatment records.
  • Honor and respect the diversity of patients and their individual rights to care in every interaction and clinical decision.
  • Assist with monitoring and maintaining inventory levels as needed, flagging supply concerns to the Clinical Manager.
  • Achieve individual sales targets through consultative selling — recommending treatments and retail products that genuinely serve the patient’s goals.
  • Build a loyal book of business through consistent results, proactive follow-up, and genuine investment in each patient’s long-term outcomes.
  • Communicate treatment options, pricing, and product recommendations clearly and confidently — you’re an educator as much as a clinician.
  • Credentials: Active NP, PA, or RN license required.
  • Experience: 1+ years of hands-on aesthetic injecting experience preferred; strong clinical foundations considered for motivated new-to-aesthetics applicants.
  • Technical Skills: Foundational proficiency in neurotoxins and HA fillers required; micro-needling and chemical peel experience a plus.
  • Patient Focus: You listen before you inject. A great outcome starts with a great evaluation and an honest conversation.
  • Safety Mindset: Non-negotiable standards are your baseline. You maintain the injection room like it’s your own and document like every chart will be audited.
  • Communication: Clear, warm, and confident — with patients, with your team, and in your documentation.
