Key Responsibilities
Provide one-on-one physical therapy to older adults in their homes or senior living communities while developing individualized plans of care. Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team and utilize telehealth when appropriate to support patient mobility and independence.
Requirements
Must hold a valid Physical Therapy license or be eligible to obtain one in the state of practice. Requires a degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program, basic computer proficiency, and current CPR certification.
