Job Description

Love clean teeth, great patients, and coworkers you actually enjoy spending the day with? Same.

Meister Dental Group is a fun, cheerful, upbeat practice with a loyal patient following. We’re hiring for a Dental Hygienist because our patients keep showing up (and we like keeping our team happy, too).

  • A schedule that leaves room for life
  • Office/Patient Hours
  • Mon: 8:00am–3:30pm
  • Tues: 8:00am–5:00pm
  • Wed: 7:30am–5:00pm
  • Thurs: 7:30am–3:30pm
  • Arrival time: typically, 15-30 minutes prior to the first patient so you can set up without stress.

Why Hygienists Like Working Here

  • A team that’s cheerful, supportive, and genuinely likes each other.
  • Patients who are loyal and engaged, which makes education and follow-through actually work.
  • Base compensation $45-50/hr, based on experience
  • Opportunities for production-based bonuses
  • Sign on bonus
  • Medical/Vision Benefits, Life Insurance, 401(k), PTO, Paid Holidays and more

Modern Dentistry Without Losing the Human Side

  • We invest in tools and systems that make it easier to provide excellent care, including: iTero 3D Wellness Scanner
  • Pearl AI
  • Denticon (EMS)
  • Digital radiography
  • Instrument sharpening/retipping rotation (your wrists will thank you)
  • Enamel regeneration protocol for treating incipient decay
  • What you’ll do
  • Preventive care, perio maintenance, SRP as needed
  • Digital X-rays, assessments, perio charting, documentation
  • Patient education that’s clear, kind, and actually sticks
  • Collaborative care planning and smooth handoffs with the doctor
  • You'll have support behind you (because you’re not on an island)
  • Monthly hygienist meetings (share wins, swap tips, improve systems, laugh about “the floss lecture” together)
  • Designated hygiene support so you can focus on patient care, not chasing supplies like it’s a reality show challenge
  • CE credits provided by our partners to keep you learning, leveling up, and feeling confident in your craft
  • You’ll be a great fit if you have…
  • Current Ohio RDH license
  • CPR certification (or ability to obtain)
  • Strong communication skills and a patient-first approach
  • Comfort with digital systems (we’ll support training where needed)

Come join a practice where the dentistry is excellent, the team is upbeat, and you’re supported like the clinical professional you are.
