Key Responsibilities

The Primary Therapist is responsible for managing a caseload of at least 14 clients, conducting weekly individual sessions, and facilitating four group therapy sessions per week. They must also perform clinical assessments, develop treatment and discharge plans, and maintain accurate documentation in compliance with state and federal regulations.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a Master's degree and possess an associate license, with full licensure preferred. Applicants should have 1-3 years of experience in a treatment facility and strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and Electronic Health Record software.
