Primary Therapist

Key Responsibilities

The primary therapist provides individual, couple, family, and group psychotherapy while conducting assessments and crisis interventions for clients. They also collaborate with facility staff to provide education, training, and clinical support to ensure high-quality care.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a Master's degree in Psychology or Social Work and possess a valid California license such as LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC. A minimum of two years of experience in treating mental illness or substance abuse is required, along with First Aid and CPR certification.
