Mental Health Therapist

Key Responsibilities

The therapist is responsible for conducting individual and group therapy sessions while assessing the clinical needs of clients to develop personalized treatment plans. They act as the primary point of contact for clients and families, coordinating care and advocating for the client throughout the treatment process.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a master's degree in social work, marriage and family therapy, or psychology. Additionally, applicants must possess or be working toward a Tennessee clinical license and have at least one year of experience in a behavioral healthcare setting.
