Behavioral Health Associate - PRN

Key Responsibilities

The Behavioral Health Associate monitors client behaviors, provides continuous supervision, and facilitates therapeutic activities to support treatment goals. They also respond to crisis situations, maintain accurate documentation, and assist with unit operations and client safety.

Requirements

Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent and possess or be willing to obtain CPR and de-escalation certifications. Six months of experience working with the specific population and knowledge of psychiatric disorders are preferred.
