100 large private patient rooms
OB/GYN, Cardiology, Neurology, Gastroenterology, ENT, Orthopedics, Oncology, Pulmonology, Endocrinology
Community conference room
Jogging path connecting to Black Creek Trail

Qualifications
Qualifications
All USAP Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist must meet state licensure requirements.
CRNAs must complete and meet hospital credentialing requirements for the hospitals they will have privileges.
