Description CT Institute for Communities, Inc. / CIFC Health is seeking Full-time, Part-time or FFS (Fee-for Service) CT licensed behavioral health / mental health counselors / clinicians (LCSW, LPC, LMFT) to provide outpatient behavioral health services to our adult and/or pediatric clients.

Key Responsibilities

• provide outpatient behavioral health services to our adult and/or pediatric clients.

• Provide crisis intervention services with clients.

• Develop treatment plans and treatment plan reviews, collaboratively, with the client and family.

• Provide referrals and linkages to additional services such as psychiatric referrals, medication management,.

Requirements

• 3+ years’ experience, preferred. Knowledge of various therapeutic modalities, such as cognitive

• behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and trauma

• Salary: $63K - $85K
