NorthStar Anesthesia is seeking a Full-Time Anesthesiologist to join our growing, collaborative practice at Baptist Health Hardin. This is an outstanding opportunity to become part of a dynamic, team-oriented environment with exceptional compensation and work-life balance.
Compensation & Benefits
- Total Compensation: $555,000
- $500,000 Base Salary
- $25,000 Quality Incentive Bonus
- $30,000 Acuity Stipend

About The Facility
Facility Description: Baptist Health Hardin, a 300-bed hospital, is an integrated system of providers and facilities serving approximately 400,000 residents in ten central Kentucky counties: Hardin, LaRue, Meade, Breckinridge, Grayson, Nelson, Hart, Bullitt, Green and Taylor.
Elizabethtown is known for it's festivals, theaters scene, and entertainment choices. Also know for it's Swope's Cars of Yesteryear Museum, Hardin County History Museums, and Brown Pusey House.

Key Responsibilities
Provide high-quality anesthesia care within a collaborative care-team model at Baptist Health Hardin. Manage a diverse case mix including general surgery, endoscopy, and various specialty procedures.
Requirements
Candidates must be qualified anesthesiologists capable of working in a team-oriented clinical environment. New graduates are welcome to apply for this position.
