Job description

Provides diagnostic and therapeutic treatment to patients who exhibit speech
language or swallowing disorders and are inpatients or outpatients of Providence
Centralia Hospital or are seen through contractual speech/language services.
Education of staff, patients and family is emphasized relative to diagnosed
speech language or swallowing disorder.

Required Qualifications

Posted are the minimum and the maximum wage rates on the wage range for this
position.  The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this
position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other
applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional
compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials,
standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus
opportunities.

Requires a Master's degree from an ASHA-approved program and a Washington Speech Language Pathologist license. Candidates must also hold a current American Heart Association BLS certification.
