Key Responsibilities

Responsible for the physical therapy management of patients, including evaluating dysfunction, establishing treatment goals, and implementing treatment programs. Coordinates care with other health personnel and provides education to patients and their families.

Requirements

Requires a degree from an accredited physical therapy curriculum and a valid California Physical Therapist license. Must also possess a National Provider Identifier and Basic Life Support certification.
