SCHEDULED HOURS:         Monday-Friday, one evening until 8pm

About the Program:  Adult Outpatient Program

The Adult Outpatient Services program (AOP) assists adult clients who are
recovering from traumatic incidents, substance use, or are looking to manage a
chronic mental health disorder through psychiatric & substance abuse diagnostic
evaluation and treatment. AOP has a tier-based productivity incentive program,
with the vast majority of staff consistently exceeding productivity expectations
and obtaining a bonus. Typical days varies as there is the possibility to work
with clients individually, in a group setting, or IOP. There is regular weekly
supervision provided to all non-licensed staff and biweekly supervision for
licensed staff. Nonetheless, supervisors are always available whenever you are
working to answer questions and offer clinical assistance when needed.

Duties & Responsibilities

* Provide evidence-based group, individual, family, and intensive outpatient
therapy.
* Perform clinical and risk assessments and make referrals for appropriate
services and levels of care.
* Documents client services and relevant activity in electronic health record
and performs assigned administrative tasks.
*  Participate in assigned meetings including individual supervision, staff and
team meetings, and required trainings.
* Collaborates with client’s healthcare providers, social service agencies, and
natural supports.
* Maintains documentation in compliance with agency and program standards.
* Participates in staff meetings, supervision, trainings and other meetings as
assigned.
* Additional duties as required.

Qualifications

Education: Master’s Degree or higher in related field. Experience: Experience
working with trauma, mental illness and/or serious emotional disorders and/or
substance use disorders preferred.

Licensure/Certification/Registration: LMSW, LPC-A, LMFT-A required. LCSW, LMFT,
LPC, Licensed Psychologist preferred. LADC may be substituted for LCSW, LMFT,
LPC or Licensed Psychologist in some programs. Other training may be required
based on program. Valid Driver’s License for programs where transportation is
required

Compensation*

$54,039.44 min-$83,293.39 max

*Actual rates are determined at the time of offer and are based on relevant
experience and licensure, as well as adherence to our internal equity policy.
Many of our positions offer program/location differentials and/or sign-on
incentives. (Please note, for part-time positions this range would be pro-rated
based on hours worked)
