About the Role
Join Presbyterian Healthcare Services as a Behavioral Health Clinician – Primary Care, Albuquerque in United States. Location Address: 5901 Harper Dr NE Albuquerque, NM 87109-3587 Type of Opportunity: Full time FTE: 1.00 Summary: The Behavioral Health Clinician will provide assessment and evidenced-based care to individuals, families, and groups in a variety of settings.
Key Responsibilities
- Demonstrates the therapeutic core conditions of genuineness, empathy and positive regard when interacting with patients and significant others, according to generally accepted clinical practice.
- Performs risk management documentation and follow
Requirements
- Recommends program cost control measures to supervisor.
- Participates in the internal Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) process, such as peer review, audits, Joint Commission survey preparation, and implementation of clinical paths.
- Selects and gives clinical supervision to Adjunctive Therapists and student interns to ensure these individuals practice appropriate behavior
- based competencies for each of these positions.
